SBI Social Lending, Kyodo Life Asset Management Japan, and GS Global Sign Memorandum of Understanding for Collaboration on Mega Solar Projects

We are pleased to announce that on October 6, 2017, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding with SBI Social Lending Corporation (SBISL), Kyobo Life Asset Management Japan (KLAM), and GS Global Corporation (GSG) to collaborate on mega solar projects. (KLAM) and GS Global Corporation (GSG) for mega solar projects.

As a member of the SBI Group, SBISL provides social lending services as financial infrastructure in the FinTech era, boasting a cumulative loan volume of approximately 34.8 billion yen as of September 30, 2017.

Established in 1958, Kyoei Life is one of Korea's leading life insurance companies. As a subsidiary of Kyoei Life, KLAM is responsible for renewable energy investment and real estate investment management in Japan.

GSG is a general trading company under the Korean conglomerate group GS Holdings Corporation, and is expanding its business among Korea, Japan, China, and other Asian countries in existing business fields such as steel, cement, machinery, and oil.
