If a customer makes a request for correction, addition, or deletion of personal information (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Correction, etc."), we will confirm that the request is made by the customer himself/herself (if the request is made by a representative, we will also confirm that the representative is an appropriate representative). We will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your prior consent on the grounds that your personal information is handled in a manner that exceeds the scope of the purpose of use that has been publicly announced in advance, that it is handled in a manner that may encourage or induce illegal or unjust acts, that it was obtained through deception or other wrongful means, or that it was obtained in spite of the absence of any of the exceptions listed in Article 5 of the Financial Guidelines.
